As a Sonoma County native, with over 20 years in the food industry as a professional chef in Northern California's beautiful Wine Country, occupying nearly every position there is, has given me a deep understanding of the inter workings of the food service and hospitality industry. My field work includes cooking in professional and commercial settings, private estates with high profile clients, wineries, restaurants, catering companies, food product development, personal and private cheffing, hotels, food and wine pairing and food safety.
I am also a regular guest speaker at the Culinary Institute of America at Greyestone in St.Helena on Retail Food Product Development, and a two time champion of The Food Network's Guy's Grocery Games.
